UK DELIVERIES

FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class & Parcelforce 48) will be applied to all orders over £100. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £100 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery.

No discount code is required to activate free delivery 

We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed.  

Bench and large cushions are normally dispatched within 2-7 working days but can take a little longer depending on stock levels of larger pads

All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.

High value and heavier orders will be sent with Parcelforce on a 48hr service. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been despatched. 

"Fabric" and "Samples" orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days

Returns

We aim to make and deliver items of the highest quality – if however you do find there is any fault we will replace the item (the same or similar) or refund in full

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to help

Returns can be organised via the post office or courier, we recommend a tracked postal service wherever possible to ensure your return arrives safely.

A full refund for the goods will be processed for unused items as soon as the return is received, funds can take 3-7 days to reach your payment account
