Deliveries

There is still time! Orders placed from our 'Ready to Ship' until 17th December will automatically be sent via Tracked 24 postage. 

All other products

We have a small sewing team with many of our products being make to order -  we normally allow 3-7 working days for cushions and table linen. All orders placed outside the 'Ready to Ship' may be received after 15th January

"Fabric" and "Samples" orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days - orders for these will be processed up until Thursday 17th December

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Parcelforce 48 delivery services as standard

*We are upgrading all orders placed in our 'Ready to Ship' to Tracked 24 Royal Mail until Thursday 17th December 

Returns

We aim to make and deliver items of the highest quality – if however you do find there is any fault we will replace the item (the same or similar) or refund in full

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to help

Returns can be organised via the post office or courier, we recommend a tracked postal service wherever possible to ensure your return arrives safely.

A full refund for the goods will be processed for unused items as soon as the return is received, funds can take 3-7 days to reach your payment account
